Earlier, during the 30-minute time for speech, Head of the presidential-parliamentary faction BPP Artur Gerasymov asked for a break to conduct negotiations on the renewal of the Central Election Commission (CEC). After the break Chairman of the Parliament Andriy Parubiy started the consideration of the bill from today’s agenda. Parubiy asked factions to provide their positions:

Petro Poroshenko Bloc (BPP) faction informed that the CEC issue will be in agenda on Thursday as a result of morning consultations. BPP noted that today’s bills were adopted as their faction provided most of the votes.

People’s Front faction suggested taking measures to improve the discipline in the Parliament as a lot of MPs left the sitting hall.

Opposition Bloc faction stressed that their initiatives are ignored, so no votes from them to today’s bills was a kind of protest. Faction asked to include in the agenda and support their bills regarding miners (bill No. 8362).

Radical Party voted for agrarian bills but also asks to support bill No. 8362.

Vidrodzhennia ("Renaissance") parliamentary group asked to include in Thursday’s agenda bill No. 7390 on establishing an algorithm for transferring funds to current accounts to electricity suppliers at a regulated tariff.

Batkivshchyna faction thanked for passing agrarian bills.

Volia Narodu (“Will of the People”) parliamentary group noted that important bills, such as bill No. 7390 and bill No. 3131 are not considered today.

“Samopomich” Union faction criticized the procedure of bills consideration in the second readings due to the fact of using amendments to promote lobbying interests.

Chairman closed the evening sitting ahead of time at 5.54 p.m.
