USAID RADA Program enhances skills of civil servants to apply in the legislative work to ensure that they reflect the changing needs of parliament.

USAID RADA Program organized a training session on Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada for the staff of the Verkhovna Rada Secretariat on December 14-15. During the training, 17 participants learned more about the functions of the work of the Verkhovna Rada, how laws are made, parliamentary inquiries and appeals, as well as ethics in the activities of the Verkhovna Rada.

In addition, they listened to lectures by the people's deputy of Ukraine of the first convocation, Volodymyr Kryzhanivskyi, an expert of the USAID RADA Program.
